My Approach

If you’re here, it’s likely because you feel that something is missing in your life—perhaps you feel stuck in an endless loop of expectations, addiction, or pain that never seems to heal, no matter how much you’ve tried.

I get that. I’ve lived it, too.

My journey from foreman to facilitator, from burnout to awakening, was messy, and it wasn’t linear—but it was real.

I’m not here to fix you, because you’re not broken. But I do believe that you, like me, have carried wounds and stories that have yet to be fully seen and integrated.

We’re often conditioned to suppress our pain, hide our desires, or conform to someone else’s version of what’s “normal.” But this world of control, numbness, and avoidance only leaves us disconnected from our truth.

I help people like you reconnect with who you really are, without shame or judgment. This isn’t therapy—it’s presence-based, embodied work.

The Lens I Use

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Your story, your body, your nervous system, and your soul all have unique needs.

That’s why I don’t use cookie-cutter frameworks or “quick fixes.” Instead, I rely on a multi-layered approach that is fluid and adaptable—because life isn’t linear, and neither is healing.

My practice is rooted in understanding the interwoven layers that make up who you are:

  1. Internal: The stories, patterns, and beliefs that live in your body and mind.

These are the habits you’ve developed to survive, the ways your nervous system reacts, and the emotional baggage you carry.
  2. Interpersonal: The impact of relationships—whether it’s family, friends, partners, or communities.

The wounds of betrayal, power imbalance, and attachment struggles often influence how we show up in the world and within ourselves.
  3. Intergenerational: We carry the weight of ancestral trauma—stories of survival, oppression, and unhealed wounds passed down through the generations.

Understanding this allows us to step beyond the patterns and free ourselves from inherited pain.
  4. Institutional: The systems that shape us—education, politics, religion, and healthcare—often create invisible boundaries that can make us feel less than or “other.”

These systems can be oppressive, yet it’s crucial to recognize their influence and how they’ve shaped our worldview.
  5. Intergalactic: On a deeper, more spiritual level, there are questions that transcend the material world.

Why does this pain exist in the universe? What contracts or soul work are we here to fulfill?

Sometimes, the answers lie in the mystery, the cosmic reason we are here to do this work.

When we approach healing from these multiple lenses, we can finally begin to address the root causes of your suffering, rather than just masking the symptoms.

What It Would Look Like to Work With Me

Working with me isn’t about following a step-by-step guide or conforming to a set method.

My work is fluid, grounded in intuition, and guided by what’s alive for you in each moment.

It’s about feeling your way back into your own power and wisdom, using your body and mind as the primary guide.

Here’s what you can expect when we work together:

What You Bring to the Table

Healing requires participation from both sides. I bring my expertise, my intuition, and my ability to see through the layers.

What you bring is your willingness to show up—even when it’s uncomfortable, even when it feels like too much.

We can’t move forward unless you’re ready to do the work. But know that I’m here to support you every step of the way.

This Is Your Invitation

This is your invitation to step into a life of true freedom—not the kind of freedom that comes from avoiding pain, but the kind that comes from facing it with courage, tenderness, and wisdom.

You’re not broken.

You’re simply waiting for the right kind of support to guide you back to yourself.

If you’re ready to stop pretending, to get real, to feel again—I’m here for you. Let’s walk this journey together.
